Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Tiến Lên 13 app ("the app", "we") collects and how it is used, on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app is published by John Portelli (illetro). By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Anonymous account. The app signs you in anonymously (Firebase Anonymous Authentication). We do not collect your real name, email, or password — you are identified only by a randomly generated anonymous ID.
• Profile & social data (only if you use online features). A username and avatar you choose, your friends list, friend requests, and game invitations — stored to provide the multiplayer and friends features.
• Gameplay data. For online matches, your moves are synced between players so the game stays in sync. Win/place statistics you choose to track.
• Advertising data. We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier / IDFA), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

We do not collect real names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.

2. Personalized ads & your advertising ID

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier. You control whether ads are personalized:

• iOS: on first launch the app asks permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). Change it anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads).

Either way you'll still see ads; the choice only affects whether they are personalized.

3. Third-party services

• Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy, AdMob data use.
• Google Firebase (anonymous auth + Realtime Database) — Firebase Privacy.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your anonymous account and profile data persist while you use the app. Reinstalling the app creates a new anonymous ID. To request deletion of your online profile/friends data, email us at jportelli24@outlook.com.

6. Security

Data sent to Firebase uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; updates will be posted here with a new date.
